You pay for the number of guests, once. Up to 8 guests is free with 5 uploads each. Beyond that it is £9.99 for 25 guests, £19.98 for 50, £34.99 for 100, £44.99 for 150, £59.99 for 200, £74.98 for 250 and £119.99 for 500. Every paid tier includes unlimited photo and video uploads, and none of them is a subscription.

Yes, and it is a real event rather than a demo. Up to 8 guests can upload 5 photos or videos each, with the QR code, the gallery and the downloads all working. No card is needed to start, and you only pay if you want more guests.

No. You pay once for the event and there is nothing to cancel afterwards. If you run a second event later, you pay for that one separately.

Count the people you expect to actually upload, not everyone invited. It is usually fewer than the guest list, because couples, families and children tend to share a phone. If you are between two tiers the cheaper one is normally right, and you can move up later.

The guest count is the number of separate people who can upload to your album. If you reach it, you can move up a tier and pay the difference rather than starting again. It is still worth choosing before the day rather than during it.

No. Every paid tier is the same product with a different guest count. Unlimited uploads, the slideshow, the disposable camera, the audio guestbook and the full quality downloads are on all of them. You are buying headcount, not a feature set.

No. Guests never pay and never create an account. They scan the code, the upload page opens in their browser, and that is the whole of their side of it.

Yes. You can create and manage several events from one account, and each event is paid for separately.
