Data deletion
Last updated 1 September 2026
You can ask us to delete your PixelParty account and the data held against it at any time, and we will. This page explains how to ask and what happens when you do.
How to request deletion
Email support@pixelparty.site with Data Deletion Request in the subject line.
In the message, include your name, the email address on the account, and anything else that identifies it, such as an event name. We use this to verify that the request is coming from the account holder.
Once we have verified who you are, we process the request. Deletion requests may take up to 8 business days to complete.
What gets deleted
Your account and the personal information held against it, and the events you created together with the photos, videos and messages uploaded to them.
Deletion is not reversible. If you want to keep the media, download your album before you send the request: it saves every original at full quality to your device.
If other people are using the album
Deleting an event removes it for everyone, including guests who uploaded to it and anyone holding the link. If an album is still being used, or other people are expecting to download from it, it is worth telling them before you ask us to delete it.
If you want to remove only your own uploads from somebody else’s event rather than delete an account, say so in the message and we will deal with that instead.
What happens if you do nothing
You do not have to request deletion for media to expire. Uploads are retained for the access period of the event: twelve months to upload and a further twelve months to download. After that the media is removed.
Account information is held for as long as you hold an account. Our privacy policy covers retention in full.
