Service closing 31 October 2026
Never Miss Moments is closing. Get your photos out first.
Never Miss Moments has emailed its customers to say the service closes on 31 October 2026. After that date it will no longer host any galleries or media, and photos, videos and uploaded memories will no longer be accessible through it. If you have a gallery there, download everything before the deadline. That matters more than which product you use next.
Galleries and hosting end on 31 October 2026. After that date your photos and videos are no longer accessible through Never Miss Moments, whenever your event was.
Source: a Never Miss Moments customer email headed “Important: Never Miss Moments will close”, seen on 28 August 2026. At the time of writing there was no notice on their website. If you have not received it, check your inbox and spam, and contact Never Miss Moments directly to confirm your own situation.
Their email states that Never Miss Moments “will officially close on 31 October 2026”, that galleries remain available as normal until then, and that afterwards they “will no longer be hosting any galleries or media”.
It also says that if your event is on or before that date, your QR code and gallery will continue to work as advertised for the event itself. The hosting still ends on the same day for everybody.
Do this first
How to save your photos before 31 October 2026
This takes half an hour and it is not reversible if you leave it too late. Do it now, even if you have not decided what to use next.
- Sign in to your Never Miss Moments gallery today, not in October. Sign-in problems are much easier to solve while their support is still operating.
- Download everything, photos and videos, at the highest quality offered. Videos are the ones people forget, and they are the hardest to replace.
- Open the download and check it contains what you expect. Count the files. An export that silently stopped halfway is worse than no export.
- Put a second copy somewhere else. An external drive, or a cloud account you control. One copy is not a backup.
- Tell anyone who shared the gallery to do the same. Parents and bridesmaids often have the link and no idea there is a deadline.
- If anything fails, contact Never Miss Moments while there is still time. They are the only people who can recover your account. We cannot.
We have no affiliation with Never Miss Moments and no access to their systems. If you are having trouble getting your files out, they are the ones to ask.
If your wedding is after October
Your QR code will not work on the day
This is the part worth acting on quickly. If your wedding falls after 31 October 2026, the code you were given will not resolve to anything, and any signage or stationery already printed with it is dead paper.
Sort it before the printing, not after
Most couples print place cards, welcome signs and orders of service weeks ahead. If you change provider after that, you are reprinting. Changing now costs you nothing but an afternoon.
Whatever you choose, get a new code, put it in front of one person and watch them use it before you commit it to print.
What to look for in a replacement
Ask how long the gallery stays open, whether that window covers uploading as well as downloading, and whether you can export everything at full resolution whenever you like.
Then download your photos after the wedding anyway. Any service can close. The only copy that is genuinely yours is the one on your own drive.
PixelParty as a replacement
For the photo sharing it does the same job: a QR code and event link, guests upload photos and videos from their phone browser with no app and no signup, and a live slideshow during the reception.

Never Miss Moments details from their customer email and their website, both seen on 28 August 2026. They also sold wedding planning tools including a wedding website, RSVP, budget tracker and seating chart. PixelParty concentrates on the photos and everything that happens around them on the day, so if you were using those planning tools as well you will want something for them too.

Switching
How to move across without losing anything
Four steps, and the first one matters more than the other three put together.
Download what you already have
Whatever you are moving from, export your photos and videos at full resolution first and keep your own copy. Do this before you cancel anything.
Create your PixelParty event
Name it, pick a date, choose a look. You get a QR code and a short event link straight away, and you can get started for free.
Test it on one real person
Send them the code and watch them use it. Ten seconds of watching somebody else is worth an hour of reading feature lists.
Reprint before the deadline
Signs, place cards, orders of service. Get the new code onto the stationery while there is still time, not the week of the wedding.
Before you commit
Five things to check on any provider
Including us. These are the questions that separate products from websites, and they take about five minutes to answer.
- How long does the gallery stay open, and does that cover uploading as well as downloading? Some providers quote a hosting window that is longer than the window guests can actually upload in.
- Can you export everything at full resolution, as many times as you like? If the export is capped, compressed or one-time, the photos are not really yours.
- Do guests need an app or an account? Anything a guest has to install is a guest who does not upload. Test it on somebody before you print.
- Who is the registered company behind it? PixelParty is PIXELPARTY GROUP LTD, company number SC854567, on the UK register. Look up whoever else you are considering too.
- Can you reach a human before you buy? Send a question and time the reply. It is the most useful test available to you.

Questions
Never Miss Moments closing: your questions
Is Never Miss Moments really closing?
Yes. Never Miss Moments has emailed its customers to say it is closing. The email states that the service will officially close on 31 October 2026 and that after that date it will no longer be hosting any galleries or media. We saw that email on 28 August 2026. At the time of writing there was no notice on their website, so if you have not had the email, check your inbox and your spam folder.
What happens to my photos after 31 October 2026?
According to their email, your photos, videos and other uploaded memories will no longer be accessible through Never Miss Moments after that date. Download everything before then. Do not assume there will be a grace period, and do not assume somebody else has a copy.
My wedding is before 31 October 2026. Do I need to do anything?
Their email says galleries and QR codes will keep working as advertised for events on or before that date. You still need to download everything before the deadline, because hosting ends for everyone on the same day regardless of when your event was.
My wedding is after 31 October 2026. What do I do?
You need a different provider. Your QR code, your printed signs and your gallery will not work on your wedding day. Set up a replacement now rather than in October, because your stationery has to carry the new code.
How do I download my photos from Never Miss Moments?
Sign in to your Never Miss Moments gallery and use their download option to export everything, then check the download actually contains what you expect before you delete anything. If you cannot get in or the export fails, contact them directly while there is still time to get help.
Is PixelParty a like-for-like replacement?
For the photo sharing, yes. A QR code and event link, guests upload photos and videos from their phone browser with no app and no signup, a live slideshow, and unlimited full-resolution downloads. Never Miss Moments also sold wedding planning tools such as RSVP, budget and seating charts. PixelParty concentrates on the photo sharing.
Can I import my old gallery into PixelParty?
No. There is no transfer between the two services. Download from Never Miss Moments first and keep those files yourself. A PixelParty event is for photos still to come.
How long will PixelParty keep my gallery?
12 months on Classic and 24 months on Plus, for uploading and downloading. Whoever you choose, download your photos and keep your own copy. That is the lesson here.
Download your photos. Then decide.
In that order. The deadline is real and it applies to everyone with a gallery, whatever you use next.
